Unpretentious yet supremely elegant, the 850 was one of the most subtle super-GTs of the 90s. This ultimate autobahn-stormer was built for ten years between 1989-1999, the car dubbed E31 was a ‘clean-sheet’ design that could trace its lineage way back to BMW’s rather lovely coupes from the 1930s.  With only 2000+ units ever produced of the manual 850i this is a future collectors item.
